Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop a quality-focused culture and improve QA processes Plan and execute QA strategies, including manual and automated test cases, aligned with the software testing pyramid Lead end-to-end testing for cross-functional projects, applying exploratory and regression testing techniques Monitor, analyze, and report on QA KPIs to ensure product quality and identify improvement opportunities Proactively define and contribute to QA OKRs, leading initiatives to enhance processes and reduce bugs Drive quality activities across the product lifecycle, ensuring robust testing at every stage Implement and optimize CI/CD practices to streamline testing and delivery processes
Requirements
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing Expertise in agile testing methodologies and tools Proven experience in testing mobile applications and backend services Proficiency in automation testing for mobile and API platforms Knowledge of CI/CD practices and test automation frameworks Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with attention to detail Ability to create and manage test plans, strategies, and processes Proficiency in QA metrics tracking and reporting to drive team performance Fluency in Arabic and the ability to work in fast-paced environments
