We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our Verification and Validation product team at MathWorks. This role focuses on Simulink Check (Model Advisor) and Simulink Code Inspector, ensuring the highest quality standards for products that enable Model-Based Design (MBD) workflows.You will architect robust testing tools and frameworks, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and work in an agile development environment to deliver world-class quality solutions.

Responsibilities
Design and implement test strategies, frameworks, and tools for Simulink Check and Simulink Code Inspector. Develop automated test suites for MATLAB/Simulink-based workflows. Apply object-oriented principles to design and maintain scalable, maintainable test frameworks and tools. Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines such as MAAB, JMAAB, and DO-178C. Collaborate with development teams to define quality goals and acceptance criteria. Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools. Lead customer-focused testing initiatives to improve product quality.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

7+ years of experience in software quality engineering or related roles. Strong expertise in MATLAB, Simulink, and Model-Based Design (MBD) workflows.
