Role & seniority: Compliance Testing Officer (mid/senior level) with at least 5 years’ banking/financial services experience
Stack/tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; banking/compliance systems knowledge recommended
Conduct bank-wide compliance risk assessments for compliance testing
Plan, execute, and finalize compliance testing assignments; develop review plans and perform reviews (regulatory and AML)
Prepare compliance testing reports and follow up on management action plans; handle ad-hoc tasks and backfill for other officers as needed
Professional qualification or university degree
Minimum 5 years in banking; experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, treasury operations, or external auditing/consulting in financial services
Strong MS Office skills; solid interpersonal and communication abilities
Prior external auditing/consulting experience in financial services
Location & work type: Singapore; full-time, on-site/onsite with the bank’s Singapore operations

Roles and Responsibilities: (1) To conduct bank-wide compliance risk assessment for compliance testing. (2) Responsible for the planning, execution, and finalizing the compliance testing assignments, including: To develop review plan for compliance testing purpose To perform compliance review (for general regulatory requirement and AML related requirement) To prepare compliance testing reports To follow up on the action plans committed by business units for the observations raised (3) To attend to ad-hoc assignments/ tasks and to relieve other compliance officers within the department, when it is required.
