Lead the design and implementation of test automation strategies across portfolios.
Collaborate with enterprise teams to identify and implement best-fit automation frameworks and tools.
Manage and guide the QE team on requirements clarification and automation approaches.
Develop, maintain, and optimize automation scripts using Selenium and Java.
Build scalable, high-performance automation solutions with optimal test coverage and maintainability.
Work independently to gather requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and drive automation initiatives.
Use version control tools such as Git and Bitbucket for code management.
Participate in Agile development processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Utilize Client ALM, JIRA, and Confluence for project and test management.
Required Skills & Experience
10 years of professional experience, including strong hands-on test automation expertise.
Advanced skills in Java, Selenium, and automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of API / web services automation.
Hands-on experience with Git, Bitbucket, Client ALM, JIRA, and Confluence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead teams and work independently with minimal direction.
