Hiring nuclear AOV and MOV Testers for Fall outage work starting in August.
Required Education And Experience
High School diploma or equivalent. 4+ years of relevant experience. Prior nuclear power plant experience, highly desired. Must be able to obtain nuclear unescorted access, including fitness for duty requirements. Successful completion of all training including, Radiation Worker Training, Plant Access Training, Fitness for Duty, etc. Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions. Ability to assemble and disassemble objects and operate small equipment and power tools. Availability for shift work, if needed. Ability to support other crafts as requested. Ability to work at varying heights, in cramped quarters, extreme heat and/or cold, and loud environments (above 89 decibels). Knowledge of relevant processes and procedures. Ability to obtain and maintain knowledge of technical manuals and procedures. Ability to pass specific training and qualifications. Willingness to work overtime, including shift work, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to pass all background and screening requirements, including drug and/or alcohol screening.
