About the Role

• The Forms & Surveys team builds core engagement tools used by millions of businesses every day, including Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, QR Codes, and External Tracking. These modules power lead capture, user interactions, analytics, conditional workflows, and integrations across the entire HighLevel ecosystem.

This suite interacts deeply with multiple products such as Funnels, Websites, CRM, Pipelines, Workflows, Reporting, and external APIs. Ensuring their accuracy, flexibility, and stability is essential.

As an SDET for the Forms & Surveys team, you will play a key role in validating dynamic UI builders, complex conditional logic, schema-driven configurations, data flows, and API interactions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and seamless integration across HighLevel’s platform. \n

Responsibilities

Quality & Testing

• Contribute to the quality of Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, QR Codes & External Tracking modules through effective manual testing and reliable automation coverage
• Design and execute functional, regression, and exploratory test cases for end-to-end scenarios across web and mobile experiences
• Validate real-world use cases including conditional logic, field behaviors, submission flows, multi-step surveys, and integrations with other HighLevel products
