Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, CS, or related field
Proven Service Owner/PO experience in IT service delivery or managed services
Strong performance/load testing background with relevant tools
Experience designing/operating managed IT services
Solid IT infra understanding; cloud fundamentals; Agile/Scrum/SAFe; DevOps/DevSecOps
Strong stakeholder communication; English fluent; EU citizenship required
Additional European language skills

You will be responsible for leading and developing a corporate load testing service used across large-scale public IT systems, ensuring its continuous improvement while aligning with enterprise performance, quality, and compliance goals. This is both a hands-on and coordination-focused role, combining service ownership, stakeholder management, and technical expertise in performance testing.
Oversee the full service lifecycle: from design and planning to delivery and operational support. Guide customers in preparing and executing load testing campaigns tailored to their solutions. Analyze test outcomes and recommend architectural or performance improvements. Monitor service KPIs and drive optimizations related to scalability, reliability, and efficiency. Ensure service security and compliance in line with established standards and best practices. Maintain and validate service documentation, including procedures, specifications, and user guides. Stay up to date with modern load testing tools and methodologies and integrate relevant industry best practices.
