The company is seeking an experienced Performance Testing Engineer to join its Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will bring 4–6 years of expertise in performance and load testing, with a proven ability to plan, execute, and analyze testing activities. In this role, the engineer will ensure that applications meet the highest standards of scalability, stability, and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance test plans aligned with project requirements. Design, implement, and maintain automation scripts for performance and load testing. Conduct load and stress tests using tools such as Apache JMeter (or equivalent). Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to optimize system performance. Produce detailed reports and communicate risks or quality concerns to stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on performance testing. Strong proficiency with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter). Solid understanding of web application architecture and performance tuning. Skilled in scripting, parameterization, and results interpretation.
