How You’ll Contribute

As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Test Planning & Execution
• · Participate and contribute in developing test plans and strategies tailored to project requirements, timelines, and business objectives.
• · Design, document, and execute test cases for functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing.
• · Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium.
• · Leverage technical tools such as JIRA, Excel, PowerBI, and test automation platforms to track progress and report results.
• · Prepare and deliver leadership reports on testing status, coverage, and quality metrics.
• · Execute and manage operational processes to ensure test data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
• · Analyze key testing metrics to support management and leadership in identifying actions required.
• · Proactively identify improvement opportunities and propose practical, data-driven solutions to enhance testing processes, reporting accuracy, or stakeholder outcomes.
