Role & seniority: Associate, QA/Software Testing (1–3 years of experience)
Stack/tools: Selenium (automation), JIRA, Excel, PowerBI; test automation platforms; familiarity with SDLC/Agile/DevOps
Test planning and execution; design/maintain test cases for functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing
Project support and coordination; liaise between QA, development, and business teams; track progress and adjust testing as needed
Create leadership reports on testing status, coverage, quality metrics; ensure data accuracy and reporting quality
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
1–3 years in QA/software testing
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation/communication abilities
Ability to travel for onsite engagements
Experience with automated testing scripting and tooling beyond Selenium
Proficiency with PowerBI and data-driven reporting
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices and QA process improvement
