We are seeking a visionary QE Architect to define and drive the quality engineering strategy, frameworks, and tool-ecosystem across our product portfolio. You will act as the subject-matter expert (SME) in quality architecture, set standards for automation, CI/CD integration, and continuous testing, and ensure high quality and scalability of our software delivery. You’ll collaborate with engineering, DevOps, product and business stakeholders to embed quality early and continuously Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Quality Strategy & Architecture Define and build a scalable, maintainable, enterprise-level test automation and quality framework (web, mobile, API, microservices). Architect quality approaches across multiple domains/teams and lead cross-product or cross-domain quality initiatives. Promote continuous testing (shift-left, shift-right), integrate quality gates, metrics, dashboards into CI/CD pipelines. Participate in product design and architecture reviews to ensure testability, reliability, and maintainability. Technology & Tooling Ownership Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Select, evaluate and implement best-in-class automation tools, frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium), performance & security test tools. Build and maintain CI/CD integration for automated test execution, environment provisioning, test data, mocks/stubs. Drive innovations in quality -forwards-looking frameworks, AI/self-healing automation, predictive analytics. Leadership & Collaboration Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QE engineers and automation teams. Act as a liaison between QE, product, development, DevOps and business teams — align on quality objectives, escalate issues, champion quality culture. Define and enforce standardization: test strategy templates, framework code standards, quality metrics (automation coverage, defect escape, release readiness). Quality Assurance & Metrics Own and track quality metrics: defect density, automated coverage, release cycles, stability, production incidents. Lead root-cause analysis of production defects, drive process improvements, refine test strategy accordingly. Ensure functional, regression, performance, security, and resilience testing are embedded and executed at appropriate phases. Preferred/Desirable Attributes Experience driving or implementing agentic or AI-enabled quality engineering / self-healing test frameworks. Experience in enterprise-scale transformation programs or product-platform migration efforts. Open-source contributions or internal tooling for test automation architecture. Certification(s) such as ISTQB Advanced Test Manager / Automation Engineer, Cloud Certification (AWS/Azure), DevOps/Agile.
