Applerouth Education
Salary: $30–35/hr
Role & seniority: Test Prep Tutor (part-time, entry to mid level)
Stack/tools: In-person tutoring with Applerouth/Guidewell Education materials; paid training and coaching; online trainings and sessions when available
Deliver one-on-one tutoring for SAT/ACT and academic subjects (primarily in-person)
Tailor lessons to student goals and learning styles; review mock test results and adjust plans
Maintain weekly tutoring schedule; submit session reports, progress notes, and communicate with families and team
At least one year of college completed
Strong academic background and subject mastery; ability to mentor students
Reliable internet (for online components) and transportation (for in-person sessions)
Availability after-school and on weekends; willingness to complete paid training and mock tests
Passing score on short pre-interview SAT/ACT content quiz
Experience with standardized test prep and/or tutoring; comfort with paid training and continued professional development
Access to flexibility for scheduling and student matching; familiarity with reporting/progress documentation

Maintain a consistent weekly tutoring schedule based on student availability. Participate in paid training and professional development workshops.
