Role & seniority: Quality Assurance engineer, 3+ years experience; hybrid position based in São Paulo.
Stack/tools: Test case/data/automation script development; manual and exploratory testing; white-box and black-box testing; test plans/cases and data validations; logs analysis (e.g., Splunk); Agile/Scrum environment.
Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases, test data, data validations, and automated scripts.
Collaborate with development and product teams to design effective test strategies; execute manual and exploratory tests with functional coverage.
Identify, document, report, and track bugs through resolution; perform thorough regression testing; monitor and analyze logs to investigate issues.
Must-have skills: 3+ years QA experience; ability to write clear, comprehensive test plans and cases; hands-on white-box and black-box testing; experience in Agile/Scrum; advanced English (written and verbal); ability to monitor logs and collaborate cross-functionally.
Nice-to-haves: Knowledge of Firmware QA methodologies/tools is a plus; experience with performance and/or security testing; degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

This is a Hybrid position (São Paulo only) The role involves creating and maintaining detailed test cases, test data, and automation scripts to ensure software quality. It requires close collaboration with development and product teams to design effective test strategies and perform manual and exploratory testing. The QA professional identifies and tracks bugs, conducts regression testing, and analyzes logs (e.g., Splunk) to investigate issues. They also stay current with emerging testing tools and techniques to enhance quality assurance processes. At least 3 years as Quality Assurance Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related is preferable. Knowledge in Firmware QA Methodologies, tools, and processes is a plus but not required. Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus. Advanced English communication skills, written and verbal.
