Primary Skills: Mobile Automation & AccelQ

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Automation QA Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mobile application testing and automation. The Mobile Automation QA Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test suites for mobile applications across various platforms. The candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile application development, testing methodologies, and automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead the mobile automation testing efforts for our suite of mobile applications.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure high-quality mobile applications.

Define mobile automation testing strategies, best practices, and guidelines.

Implement and enhance mobile automation frameworks to improve test efficiency and coverage.

Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior members of the automation team.

Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.

Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in mobile automation testing.

Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospective meetings.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on the status of mobile automation testing efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on mobile application testing.

Proven track record of designing and implementing mobile automation frameworks using tools such as AccelQ, or similar.

Experience With Continuous Integration And Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Pipelines.

Solid understanding of mobile application architectures, SDKs, and APIs.

Excellent Problem-solving Skills And Attention To Detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Prior experience in leading a team of automation engineers is a plus
