Role & seniority: ASIC/FPGA verification & validation engineer (mid to senior) in a hybrid role
Stack/tools: HDL languages (SystemVerilog, VHDL, Verilog); FPGA/SOC platforms (Microchip, AMD/Xilinx, Intel); DO-254 context; full development lifecycle tools
Verify and validate safety/mission-critical digital systems for avionics & space per DO-254
Engage in end-to-end ASIC/FPGA development (requirements → design → verification → synthesis → STA/CDC → documentation)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, traceability, and compliance
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
Relevant ASIC/FPGA development experience and tool proficiency
Strong written/verbal English (B2+), analytical, results-driven, team-oriented
DO-254 familiarity and/or experience in safety-critical aerospace projects
Experience with modern verification methodologies and scripting
EU citizenship (due to export restrictions) and willingness for hybrid work setup

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days’ work from home model.

Responsibilities
ASIC/FPGA verification & validation for Safety/Mission critical digital systems for Avionics & Space applications per DO-254 standard You will work with HDL languages (System Verilog, VHDL, Verilog) and following FPGA/SOC technologies: Microchip, AMD (XILINX), Intel, etc. Engagement with full ASIC/FPGA development process (from requirement definition, to design, verification, synthesis, STA, CDC, including documentation)
Qualifications
University graduate with Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from Electrical Engineering or Computer Science faculties Relevant experience with the ASIC/FPGA development & tools Written, verbal and presentation skills that will support your ideas on English level (B2 and above) Analytical skills and results oriented individual, team player mindset
