We are looking for a skilled professional to join our global team in Shanghai. We have an immediate opening for Testing Engineer
Responsibilities Be responsible for the establishment and implementation of a functional and reliability testing platform for X-ray imaging products, conducting full-function testing of software and firmware, system compatibility testing, anti-interference testing during system operation, and reliability stress testing of products. Understand the product functional design requirements, develop software and firmware test plans and test cases based on the product's functional design, and execute the tests. Set up a system hardware testing platform, design and develop various automatic triggering and recording fixtures to achieve automated triggering and process information recording, as well as automated testing and conclusion analysis functions. Edit automated test scripts to enable automated testing for the majority of functions. Execute software and firmware testing for products, record, locate, and provide feedback on product issues, follow up on and record test bugs, track issues until they are resolved, and assist software and firmware designers in resolving problems. Collaborate closely with the R&D team to identify and drive problem resolution, and improve product quality through test data analysis and feedback-driven improvements. Organize discussions and reviews of test bugs based on test results, and propose improvement plans and suggestions. Manage and control documents and records. What we expect Bachelor's degree or above, with good English proficiency. At least 4 to 8 years of testing work experience, with preference given to those with experience in automation development and testing.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Software Engineering, Automation, or related fields. In previous work, independently undertaken the complete testing and validation process for products launched on the market, covering initial version testing, intermediate version iterations, and final bug convergence throughout the entire validation process. Those who have established an overall testing system are preferred. Possess good reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English, along with a certain level of listening and speaking proficiency. Demonstrate good communication and coordination skills, work meticulously, have a strong sense of responsibility, maintain good professional ethics, and exhibit teamwork spirit. Have strong self-learning abilities and a spirit of in-depth exploration to get to the root of problems. Possess strong execution capabilities, good self-discipline, patience, and perseverance. Have a positive mindset, act efficiently, and demonstrate good stress resistance. Location This position is based either in Shanghai China, with close collaboration with our global teams.
