We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong experience in Selenium, Java, API testing, and agile delivery environments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both manual and automation testing and collaborating in a fast-paced team setting.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java. Perform API testing using Rest Assured, Postman, and related tools. Execute both manual and automation testing as project needs require. Implement and maintain BDD frameworks using Cucumber (good to have). Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Ensure test coverage for functional and non-functional requirements. Work with test management tools like Jira, Zephyr, etc. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and defect triage meetings. Provide clear communication on testing progress, risks, and issues.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Automation Testing using Selenium/Java. Hands-on experience with Rest Assured for API automation. Good understanding of BDD/Cucumber frameworks. Experience with API/Web Services testing using Postman and Rest Assured. Solid knowledge of manual testing techniques and best practices. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
