The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift environment.

Lead the testing efforts for software projects ensuring high-quality deliverables. Oversee manual accessibility testing to ensure compliance with industry standards. Implement and manage Test Maturity Models to enhance testing processes. Utilize TypeScript and JavaScript to develop and execute test scripts. Analyze test metrics and reporting to identify areas for improvement. Employ various testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing activities. Conduct manual end-to-end business process assurance to validate system functionality. Perform mainframe testing to ensure system stability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals. Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders. Ensure testing activities align with the Property & Casualty Insurance domain requirements. Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities. Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Manual Accessibility Testing and Test Maturity Models. Demonstrate proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript for test development. Have a solid understanding of test metrics and reporting techniques. Experience with various testing tools and frameworks is essential. Knowledge of manual end-to-end business process assurance is required. Mainframe testing experience is a must. Familiarity with the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is mandatory.
