Conduct manual end-to-end business process assurance to ensure all business processes are functioning as intended. Perform mainframe testing to validate the functionality and performance of mainframe applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and deliverables. Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders highlighting key findings and recommendations. Identify and resolve testing issues and defects to ensure high-quality software delivery. Stay updated with the latest testing trends and technologies to continuously improve testing practices.
