Role & seniority: Quality Assurance / Test Engineer (mid-level)
Stack/tools: IBM CLM, Jira, Confluence; basic scripting/programming (Python, Java, JavaScript); CI/CD tools and test automation (Selenium, Git, Jenkins) preferred
Design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test cases from system requirements
Plan, manage, and track test activities with traceability and coverage; set up test environments
Execute system tests, document results thoroughly, and communicate findings to developers, architects, and stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
English proficiency at B2/C1
Understanding of system-level testing and automation concepts
Experience with test planning, defect reporting, and documentation tools (IBM CLM, Jira, Confluence)
Basic scripting/programming knowledge (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration/communication abilities
Ability to work both independently and in a team; willingness to learn
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test tools (Selenium, Git, Jenkins)
Experience with automating testing tools
