What you’ll do

• Experience in manual and automation testing
• With experience in the use of JIRA, jMeter, Python, Postman or Jenkins
• Familiarity and actual work experience with Selenium IDE is an advantage
• Experience in creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases. Very creative with negative and alternative scenarios
• Participate in the review of product design documentation to ensure that requirements/user stories stated are understandable, unambiguous, and verifiable
• Participate in requirements reviews, meetings, scrum, estimations and recommendations
• Conduct peer reviews of test plans, test procedures, and test scripts
• Perform Functional, Regression, System Integration Testing, and Load test for API, Web Application, & Database etc
• Experience in Performance, Accessibility, Compatibility (mobile/desktop), and User Experience Testing is an advantage
• Completes testing effort within timelines
• Capture and analyze Defects and recommended resolutions
• Help develop and drive a test culture across the entire company, which includes following the Agile testing principles and continuously reviewing, implementing, and communicating process improvements and quality metrics to the team

What you’ll need

• At least 5 years of work experience in testing or Quality Assurance
• Experience in manual and automation testing, specifically Functional, Integration, Regression, Compatibility (mobile/desktop)
• Familiar in Performance, Accessibility, Security and User Experience Testing is a plus
• Experience in Agile Software Development, specifically Scrum and Kanban
• Knowledgeable in basic SQL queries or scripting
• Knowledgeable in JIRA, Postman, Jenkins or jMeter tools
• Familiar with Selenium IDE, Python or jMeter scripting
• Familiarity with Browser Audit Tool and Pa11y or axe tools is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English and able to understand and be easily understood in spoken and written English
