Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting-edge digital solutions to automate and optimize manual processes.
• Analyze IT data, including cybersecurity tests and log, user training outcomes, and system utilization, to drive improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technology-related procedures and documentation.
• Conduct cybersecurity training sessions and execute phishing simulations to enhance organizational security awareness.
• Implementation of new cybersecurity protocols and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing digital technologies.
• Familiarity with security operations automation, including experience with SOAR platforms and API integrations, is an advantage.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript; experience with AI technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and proactive mindset, with demonstrated leadership in driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
