We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer

In this role, you will

• Understand the business requirements, UI design, web based application .
• Understand and improve current selenium – cucumber based automation framework
• Improve in-sprint and regression test coverage
• Automation of regression suite
• Responsible for automating the continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement Identify opportunities to automate / integrate within the Deployment and Release Management processes, and feedback.
• Contribute to technical test plans and records, including unit and integration tests, within automated test environments to ensure code quality.
• Headless automation of APIs
• Participate in production releases from test perspective
• Liaise with other engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand and drive the product or service’s direction.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

• Hands on automation expert with total of 2-5 years of experience within which 2-3 years of experience in automation in pods/Agile way of working
• Expertise in Selenium and cucumber
• Good knowledge of keyword driven automation framework
• Hands on experience in BDD
• Experience with Code versioning tools such as Git.
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience in test management tool like Jira and agile framework- Scrum
• Able to take end to end ownership of the App, excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Should demonstrate excellent analytical capabilities, problem solving skills, learning abilities, team skills and ability to work independently.
• Exposure to customer experience, usability, Business Banking channels related exposures, with knowledge on Payments related life cycle knowledge will be preferred.
