Role & seniority: RF System Verification Engineer; mid-senior level (5–7 years preferred)
Stack/tools: LTE/5G RF verification; RF measurement equipment; 3GPP compliance; Python scripting; RF System Verification & Test Tool; RFIC/ RFFE; Jama (requirements), Bugzilla; test management tools
Develop and execute RF system verification test cases for LTE/5G to verify 3GPP compliance
Enable high levels of test automation from component to system level; maintain and improve the verification toolchain
Manage issues, track root causes, synchronize simulation results with test management tools, and create measurement reports with pass/fail verdicts
Hands-on lab RF measurement experience across post-silicon to test engineering
Strong RF measurement expertise for 3GPP compliance
Familiarity with RF requirements/system engineering, RFIC design, and RF/HW verification
Software development/scripting experience (Python preferred)
Experience with issue tracking, requirements management, and test management tools
5G standards knowledge
Experience with Jama (Req/Spec/Testcase IDs) and Bugzilla
Knowledge of RFIC/Component verification tools and production testing

About the Job As an RF System Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing LTE and 5G RF system verification test cases, as well as setting up, maintaining, and continuously improving the verification and test toolchain for Bridgecom’s RF systems and RF ICs. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish aligned workflows, consistent data structures, and robust methodologies across disciplines.
Your Responsibilities
Your Profile Hands-on lab measurement experience in RF verification across various levels, from post-silicon to test engineering. Strong expertise in RF measurement and test equipment for 3GPP compliance. Familiarity with RF requirements engineering, system engineering, RFIC design, and RF/HW system verification principles. Extensive experience in software development and scripting (preferably in Python). Proficiency with issue tracking systems, requirements management, and test management tools. Experience with 5G standards is a strong plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education and Experience Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Preferably 5-7 years of experience in the RF system verification environment.
