The BID Quality Manager holds a position at the JV level and acts as an interface with a Business Line for complexe BID as B2 and Critical BIDs. They collaborate closely with the BID Manager and the Marketing and Sales KAM in order to elaborate a sophisticated solution within a complex, multi-national organisation. The BID Quality Manager is also interfering with the directors of the respective domains In addition, they coordinate the activities of TAS Quality experts and Quality Supply chain within a transnational organization. The BID Quality Manager is directly responsible to : - Define the quality assurance strategy for the offer, incorporating inputs from project, product, supplier, and engineering quality assurance domains. - Ensure a consistent, competitive and cost effective approach to quality in alignment with TAS strategic objectives. - Establish and uphold the quality standards of bid project deliverables, ensuring full compliance with customer requirements as well as applicable regulations and standards - Take full ownership of preparing all quality quotations for TAS projects, while effectively coordinating all QLC entities throughout the entire BID process to ensure seamless alignment and execution - Actively participate in TAS Gates, serve as a key member of the DVa process, and rigorously present and defend to Domain Directors and TAS BID Directors the optimal and comprehensive quality approach essential for a winning proposal - Lead the implementation of the TAS Quality Campaign (Transformation, Competitiveness & Improvement Plan) from the very onset of the BID phase, driving continuous excellence and innovation - Assume complete accountability for managing the overall budget dedicated to quality disciplines during the BID process, ensuring alignment with project targets and securing the necessary quality resources without compromise. - Diligently negotiates all quality-related contractual obligations with the customer, safeguarding TAS’s interests and standards.He represents all the quality discipline in front of the customer. - Forge and maintain a strong partnership with the Customer’s Quality representative throughout both the bid phase and contract execution, ensuring robust collaboration and alignment on quality expectations. - Interface with suppliers in the bid phase for selection The BID Quality Manager possesses sufficient expertise to represent all quality aspects (EEE, Dependability, Radation, Material and Process, Software..) and to advocate for the various quality domains. In addition, with the New Space approach, the BID Quality Manager must demonstrate agility and thinks outside the box in order to propose an innovative and cost-effective solution while effectively managing the risk assumed by the company. This requires mastery of quality domains (EEE, Dependability, Radation, Material and Process, Software..) and strong organizational skills to conduct trade-offs and engage technical experts, ensuring their availability to participate to the etablishment of a solution and convice the various stakeholders.
