Summary
We're looking for a talented QA Automation Engineer to join our Anaconda AI platform team. Our quality engineering team ensures product reliability across Web, CLI, and API platforms - helping developers and data scientists build with confidence. We design comprehensive test strategies, implement automation frameworks, and drive quality improvements that accelerate our mission to democratize data science and AI for everyone.
As part of the quality engineering team, you'll own end-to-end test automation for critical product features. You'll design scalable testing frameworks, implement CI/CD automation, contribute bug fixes and collaborate with development teams to catch and fix issues early and ship reliable software faster. This role combines test engineering expertise with hands-on development work, debugging and fixing defects across front-end and back-end codebases.
What You'll Do

5+ years of experience creating automated test scripts across Web, CLI, and API applications Proficiency with test automation tools, particularly Playwright and Python Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools (Jenkins, GitLab, AWS CodePipelines) Proven ability to contribute bug fixes to codebases in both FE and BE repositories Strong understanding of software design patterns and ability to write maintainable, production quality code Experience with Linux command line and scripting languages for test automation and build processes

The base salary range for this role is $115,500 - $170,000 for US-based team members outside of New York and San Francisco areas, along with annual bonus potential, equity participation, and benefits.
