At Clario, our quality engineers are instrumental in delivering technology that accelerates clinical trials and improves patient outcomes. As a Test Automation Engineer based in Ankara, you’ll design and implement automated testing solutions that ensure the performance, reliability, and compliance of our software platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with R&D and QA teams to shape test strategy, integrate automation into the development lifecycle, and drive quality at every stage of delivery. What You’ll Be Doing Design, implement, and maintain automated test solutions for web and mobile software platforms Collaborate with development teams in Agile environments to define test coverage and integrate automation early in the SDLC Contribute to automation framework architecture and CI/CD pipeline integration Troubleshoot failures across environments by reviewing logs, data layers, and platform behavior Conduct code reviews and support best practices for automated testing Train and support QA teams in using automation tools and strategies Research and evaluate new tools to expand automation capabilities What We Look For Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing Proficiency in object-oriented or script-based programming for test automation Familiarity with software testing methodologies and frameworks Experience working in Agile development and DevOps environments Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Effective verbal and written communication in English Based in or able to work on-site in Ankara, Turkey At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
