Role & seniority: Salesforce QA Tester, mid-level (3+ years QA experience with at least 1 year testing Salesforce apps)

Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce apps; perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
Validate Salesforce configurations, reports, and Experience Cloud components; log, track, and retest defects
Ensure requirement traceability, collaborate with developers/BA/PM, participate in sprint ceremonies, and contribute to QA process improvements and test data setup
U.S. Citizenship and eligible for U.S. Government security clearance
Reside in DMV area (DC/MD/VA) and work in the U.S.; remote-friendly with ET business hours
3+ years QA experience, 1+ year Salesforce testing; strong attention to detail and analytical/communication skills
Knowledge of Salesforce capabilities (standard/custom objects, Flows, Lightning); familiarity with QA tools and bug/test management
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or OmniStudio; automation testing tools (Selenium, Provar, TestComplete)
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder); federal/public sector experience; accessibility (Section 508) testing

This is a remote position, but candidates must be generally available from 9: 00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Validate declarative Salesforce configurations, reports, and Experience Cloud components Log, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure requirement traceability and thorough test coverage Participate in sprint ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives Perform data validation and assist with test data setup for various test environments Provide input into QA process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives, where applicable Prepare testing documentation and test result summaries in accordance with client and internal standards Ensure all solutions are compliant with accessibility and 508 requirements, where applicable Required Qualifications
