Auria is looking to hire an Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer to support the development Wideband SATCOM Trend Analysis & Anomaly Resolution Subsystem (WSTARS). This role is HYBRID in any of the listed locations (Orlando, FL; Ft Meade, MD; Ft Detrick, MD; Tobyhanna, PA); 25% travel to customer and government sites is expected with this position.
The ideal candidate will leverage their background in Wideband satellite communication to perform I&T tasks in a continuous integration environment, verification of system requirements, isolation of system-level defects, and conducting formal test events. Occasional travel to customer and government sites is expected with this position.
Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manual and automated software unit and system-level tests in an integrated environment. Determine the verification approach for system requirements and isolate software and system-level defects. Responsible for conducting and participating in formal test events at customer sites with government witnesses to validate system capabilities.

Current U.S. Government SECRET security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required). (Engineer Level 3) 7 or more years relevant experience with Bachelor's degree Or 4 or more years relevant experience with Master's degree (Engineer Level 4) 12 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's degree Or 9 or more years of experience with Master's degree Direct experience with Wideband SATCOM subsystems including CNPS, GSCCE, WRMS, WSTARS, WSOMS databases. Current CompTIA Security+ certification (or equivalent DoD 8570 baseline certification). Hands-on experience testing new software releases, verifying system functionality, and documenting test outcomes. Proven ability to isolate and resolve system-level issues, provide design feedback, and implement corrective actions across interdependent components. Demonstrated ability to train personnel on Wideband control applications, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational readiness. Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple test and demonstration events. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive team approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Active TOP SECRET security clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship). Knowledge base of Wideband SATCOM command and control (C2) systems. Experience with SATCOM systems, products, and interfaces. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team using tools to assist system development, such as Jira and Confluence, is highly desirable. Experience in automated UI and API testing, with experience using frameworks or tools to validate end-to-end system behavior and data flows. Experience in developing Ansible playbooks for automated installation, testing, and maintenance. Experience configuring Kubernetes environments to support containerized applications. Experience with test process development, test case design, test procedure development, test execution, system evaluation, and test reporting. Experience with requirements traceability, system-of-systems integration, test planning, test development, and test execution. Experience with automated test and data-driven development concepts, tools, and languages.
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $95,000- $140,000
