Role & seniority: Functional Test Technician (mid-level), Electrical/Electronics testing focus; 2+ years in electrical system testing preferred.
Stack/tools: Electrical testing equipment and tools; ability to read/schematics and technical drawings; MS Office; documentation tooling; familiar with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct final acceptance tests (functional, performance, safety) of electrical systems; troubleshoot and coordinate corrective actions with design/production.
Review design/specs, document test results, observations, and issues; maintain organized test records; report findings to engineers/project managers.
Participate in post-test reviews and drive continuous improvement of products, processes, and testing procedures.
HND/HNC or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics Engineering; 2+ years in electrical system testing (FAT preferred).
Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, testing methodologies; proficient with electrical testing equipment.
Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving, effective written/verbal communication, team collaboration.
Knowledge of industry standards/regulatory requirements; safety protocol familiarity.
Ability to work independently when needed; experience with FAT environments; broader manufacturing/process improvement exposure.

We seek a meticulous and detail-oriented Functional Test Technician to join our team. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive electrical systems to ensure that products meet all performance, quality, and safety standards before they are delivered to our clients. Your ability to work closely with design, production, and quality assurance teams to identify and resolve any issues is crucial. This collaborative approach is key to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence. Your work will directly impact the reliability and performance of our products. We are seeking someone to help drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
Strong PC skills, including MS Office. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings. Effective communication, both written and verbal and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices.

Full time, Set Schedule: Working at Qualitrol, you will have a regular Monday to Friday 37.5-hour work week working Mon-Thurs 08:00 – 16:30, Fri 08:00 – 13:30
