Role & seniority: Test Engineer / Automotive Development and Test Engineer (entry to mid-level); part of core team launching a Czech subsidiary.
Stack/tools: Automotive mechatronics; ADAS systems; driver assistance; software updates and diagnostics; vehicle testing; cross-border collaboration with German colleagues; customer/partner communication.
Collaborate with German colleagues on testing and calibration of ADAS and related systems.
Perform software updates and diagnostics; develop and verify functionality and reliability of automotive systems.
Represent the Czech team, build relationships with an international partner, and later work on projects in Prague with the local development team.
Education in mechatronics or a technical background with strong willingness to learn.
Valid Category B driving license; genuine interest in cars and driving.
English or German for professional communication; Czech for professional communication.
Independent work in a foreign branch; professionalism in client-facing contexts.
Interest in various automotive projects; experience with ADAS is a plus.
Proficiency in both English and German; broader language skills a plus.
Prior ADAS experience; vehicle testing experience.

For Our New Project, Carried Out In Cooperation With Our German Colleagues, We Are Looking For a Reliable And Flexible Team Member Who Is Ready To Spend 5 Months In Germany (Ingolstadt) To Help Deliver The Project. There, You Will
Collaborate with German colleagues on testing and calibration. Perform software updates and diagnostics of driver assistance systems (ADAS). Represent our Czech team and build relationships with a key international partner.
After Completing The Project, You Will Continue Working On Other Projects In The Czech Republic (Prague) Together With Colleagues From Our Prague Development Team
Develop and integrate automotive mechatronic systems such as ADAS, chassis, and electronic control systems – directly influencing the advancement of the entire industry. Seek smart new solutions, verify their functionality and reliability in automotive systems. Communicate with customer teams and colleagues in Germany – you'll quickly feel at home in an international environment. In the future, you may also participate in vehicle testing at test centers in other European countries. Occasional travel across Europe will remain part of your job, but not as intensively as during the first months.
What are our expectations
Education in mechatronics (a university degree is not required but is an advantage) or a technical background with a strong willingness to learn new things. A valid Category B driving license and a genuine interest in cars and driving. Experience with ADAS systems is an advantage. English or German at a level enabling professional communication; knowledge of the other language at a conversational level is a plus. Czech language skills for professional communication. Independence – you will work in a foreign branch. Professionalism – you will represent our company in contact with key clients. Interested in various types of projects.
