Job Description We are seeking a talented and innovative Associate Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Makati, Philippines. As an Associate Test Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. Assist in implementing test automation frameworks and strategies Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline Analyze test results, identify blockers, and work with different teams to resolve issues Support improvement and optimization of existing test automation processes and tools Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in test automation Mentor and support team members in adopting automation best practices Contribute to the development of testing standards and methodologies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of proven experience in test automation Good programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, etc Experienced in automation tools and frameworks, including but not limited to Cypress, Selenium, Appium, etc Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker) Familiarity with test management tools like Jira, Zephyr Familiarity with static code analysis tools like SonarQube Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends Additional Information We realize that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
