For our office in Dordrecht, The Netherlands, we are looking for a: Testbench Operator (m/f) (Fulltime | 40 hours) As Testbench Operator, you are responsible for preparing, assembling, testing, and evaluating (gas) engines and generator sets on the test bench in the workshop. You ensure the correct execution of test procedures, analyze performance data, identify and resolve malfunctions, and accurately document test results. This role requires strong technical insight, attention to detail, and a hands-on mindset. Working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Assembly teams, you make a direct contribution to continuous product improvement and the reliable delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
