Bachelor’s degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering or related discipline; master’s degree is preferred; certifications in optical engineering are a plus 5+ years experience in optical systems design and project management Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion Strong understanding of optical principles, systems, and technologies Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $140,500-$224,800. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
