Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责 : Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain efficient automated test scripts to ensure software stability and quality. Build and optimize test automation frameworks to enhance maintainability and scalability. Collaborate closely with QA, development, and product teams to analyze testing requirements and define test strategies. Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, and quickly identify and track defects. Continuously improve test coverage and efficiency, promoting automation across the development process. Participate in CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated testing is effectively integrated into continuous integration and deployment workflows. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or C#, with strong coding best practices. Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or JUnit. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills to quickly identify and resolve testing issues.
