Full Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts covering core product features
Build and optimize automation testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
Work closely with development teams to analyze requirements, create comprehensive test plans, and ensure product functionality is complete and stable
Conduct functional, performance, regression, and stress testing to identify and track issues promptly
Develop and maintain test cases ensuring testing coverage meets quality standards
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality improvement
Produce regular testing reports with comprehensive product quality assessments and improvement recommendations
Keep current with testing technology trends and introduce innovative tools and methodologies to the team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3 years of software testing experience with strong emphasis on test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.)
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go) for writing efficient test scripts
Deep understanding of testing processes, tools, and frameworks, with solid knowledge of CI/CD workflows
Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, JMeter) and automation methodologies
Performance and stress testing experience is highly desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and commitment to product quality

Preferred Qualifications

Experience testing AI or SaaS products
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed system testing
International team collaboration experience is a plus
