Architect and own the internal automation platform; hands-on development in n8n and complementary tools.
Design and implement end-to-end workflow automations across multiple functions (Finance, Compliance, Product, Operations, Engineering, Support, etc.).
Identify inefficiencies, build scalable automations to reduce manual work and errors, and govern standards, monitoring, and observability.
Must-have skills
Strong systems engineering background; experience architecting internal tooling/automation platforms.
Deep fluency with n8n or equivalent (Zapier, Make, Airflow, Prefect, Temporal).
Experience in startup/0β1 environments; ability to create structure from scratch.
Ability to translate business processes into scalable technical workflows; end-to-end ownership (discovery to maintenance).
Cross-functional collaboration and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience integrating APIs, internal tools, third-party systems, and databases.
