Assist in developing and debugging test programs on ATE platforms for new silicon products

Pursuing Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Strong interest in semiconductor product development, testing, and data analysis
Solid electronics fundamentals, test instrumentation, and circuit behavior; familiarity with basic measurements
