Full Description

We are looking for a QA Team Lead who combines leadership with direct involvement, curiosity, and a passion for building a high-impact testing team. Someone who ensures product quality and builds strong processes, grows people, and drives innovation in how we test complex systems using modern tools and AI.

Responsibilities Lead a team of QA engineers through hands-on guidance, reviews, and technical mentorship Define and own the QA strategy, test architecture, and quality standards Be actively involved in test design, investigation, and root-cause analysis for critical issues Plan and coordinate testing efforts across releases, features, and platforms Work closely with R&D, Product, and Research to clarify requirements and reduce quality risks Introduce and scale AI-based tools to improve test coverage, speed, and defect detection Continuously improve how the team tests, reports, and validates product quality Ensure high-quality documentation including test plans, test cases, defect reports, and quality metrics

Requirements 4+ years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation) 2+ years of experience leading a QA team Strong understanding of test design, testing methodologies, release strategies, regression approaches, and risk-based quality management Proven hands-on experience integrating AI-based tools into QA workflows Ability to deep-dive into technical issues and lead investigations end-to-end Strong analytical, debugging, and system-level thinking Ability to build structured, scalable QA processes that teams can reliably execute
