Full Description

We are looking for a Test Lead with strong telecom domain expertise to define, own, and drive the overall quality strategy for large-scale, business-critical systems. This role combines hands-on technical depth with test leadership, client engagement, and a passion for modern, automation-first QA practices.

You will lead multi-location, multi-vendor QA teams, work closely with client stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex telecom platforms, including OSS/BSS and Salesforce-based solutions. The role places strong emphasis on automation, performance testing, API testing, observability, and continuous improvement, with growing opportunities around AI-driven testing approaches.

Skills & Experience Strong telecom domain knowledge, particularly in OSS/BSS, with the ability to translate domain requirements into effective test strategies. Proven experience managing diverse, multi-location and multi-vendor QA teams. Solid understanding of Salesforce, preferably Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, with hands-on exposure to end-to-end test scenarios.

Extensive background in automation testing, using tools/frameworks such as

• Robot Framework
• Playwright
• Cypress or equivalent automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience in performance testing (API and application) using open-source tools such as JMeter and K6.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Bruno, or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, DevOps and version control workflows (Git/GitHub).
• Knowledge of test monitoring and reporting design, including tools like Grafana.
• Solid understanding of the Agile development lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, including test management and effort estimation.
• Exposure to AI-driven automation frameworks, including self-healing tests or intelligent test selection.
