Job Description

• We are looking for a Manual Tester (Junior to Mid Level) with strong communication skills and hands-on testing experience. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders and should be comfortable participating in daily meetings and discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in daily client calls and meetings with multiple stakeholders; communicate clearly and confidently
• Create and maintain Master Test Plans and SIT Test Plans
• Perform hands-on manual testing and not be limited to coordination or administrative tasks
• Design, review, and execute test cases and test scripts based on requirements and user stories
• Perform API testing using Postman
• Log, track, and manage defects; actively participate in defect triage meetings
• Prepare and share test status reports, dashboards, and metrics for internal and client review
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Ensure testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Manual Testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Experience in Test Planning, Test Case Creation, and Execution
• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman
• Experience in defect tracking and triaging
• Exposure to status reporting and dashboard creation
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing activities
