SOFTWARE VERIFICATION ENGINEER

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases.

Define, document and maintain SW tests according to software requirements

Develop manual & automated software test procedure and test plans to verify software functionality, reliability, and performance.

Execute defined software tests and test procedures, report and document the software test results.

Improve system- and software performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new elements.

Troubleshoot and solve problems in case of defects and deviations in SW and HIS driven problems.

Minimum Qualifications

BSc degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology or Software Engineering 3+ years of experience in similar role in automotive environment Demonstrated competence in software develeopment in C Proven experience in software testing and verification, including both manual and automated testing techniques. Experience gathering and analyzing system- and software-requirements. Expertise in Base-SW (AUTOSAR, CAN/LIN, HSI, Vector Canoe, CAPL programming and V TestStudio

Preferred Qualifications

MSc degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology or Software Engineering ISTQB foundation level certification and basic HW knowledge is a nice to have
