The engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams—including business analysts, IT, and operations—to identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, and implement end-to-end solutions. By integrating AI capabilities such as natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and computer vision, the Automation Engineer enables smarter decision-making and adaptive workflows that evolve with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Build, test, and deploy RPA bots using platforms like Tungsten Automation RPA, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate. Ensure solutions use proper access controls and highlights any risks with specific data Adhere to automation governance frameworks and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Collaborate with business units to assess processes for automation suitability. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technology solutions. Incorporate AI technologies such as machine learning and NLP to enhance automation outcomes. Work with data and AI engineers to embed intelligent decision-making into workflows. Monitor bot performance and ensure uptime and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments. Maintain documentation for audit and knowledge-sharing purposes. Analyze bot performance and user feedback to optimize existing automations. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements. Required Skills

Required Experience
