Several years’ experience in German dental billing, administrative workflows, and daily practice operations

Strong understanding of GKV/PKV billing and dental practice processes

Ability to read and work with functional and technical specifications

Experience in software testing/QA (or strong software affinity with intent to grow into QA)

Ability to understand complex processes and how software systems operate

Experience with dental practice management systems is a plus

Your talent
- Native or fluent German skills; English proficiency sufficient for daily communication with an international development team
Several years of professional experience in German dental billing, administrative workflows, and daily operations in dental practices
Strong understanding of GKV/PKV billing and practice processes
Ability to read, understand, and work with functional and technical specifications
Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or working with digital products is a strong plus
(alternatively: high software affinity and strong interest in developing into a QA role)
Ability to understand complex processes and how software systems operate
Experience with dental practice management systems is an advantage
Qualification as “Betriebswirt: in für Zahnarztpraxen” or ZMV is a plus
