To prepare and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, collaborating closely with both the QA team and project teams. To be able to maintain the quality and reliability of custom-built applications on the Oracle Fusion PaaS layer, starting with the Financials module and extending to HCM and Procurement. Additionally, to manage team reporting, provide technical guidance as needed, and contribute to all levels of testing to ensure high test effectiveness.

Testing ERP solutions, with focus on Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM, and Procurement modules. Testing cloud-based applications. Proficiency in the Testing Life Cycle. Competence in developing test cases, test specifications, and test scenarios. Expertise in developing and maintaining test automation scripts for Oracle Fusion applications. Achieving high test effectiveness, with a proficiency rate of 80% or higher. High proficiency in bug tracking and reporting. Applying project management methodologies to software projects. Conducting SQERT-based project analysis. Knowledge of processes and standards such as CMMI and ITIL. Managing and guiding teams. Planning, scheduling, and work allocation. Show more Show less
