Job Overview

We are looking for looking for the Quality Assurance Guild Master, who will serve as the visionary leader for our entire QA/AQA community. You will define and evolve QA and AQA standards, lead R&D projects, and create synergies between diverse technology teams. By collaborating with other guilds and stakeholders, you will optimize our delivery pipelines and ensure best practices and tooling across all company software development activities

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a clear QA/AQA vision and tech roadmap Establish and enforce standards, best practices, and coding guidelines Mentor and inspire the QA/AQA community while fostering collaboration Lead R&D initiatives to implement new tools and methodologies Optimize testing processes, drive automation, and improve efficiency

Requirements

10+ years in QA, including 6+ years in AQA and 4+ years in leadership

Strong Java expertise in AQA (mandatory: Selenide/Selenium, SQL; preferred: Jenkins, Allure) Deep knowledge of AQA frameworks, CI/CD, and software delivery processes Proven ability to lead teams, drive innovation, and improve testing workflows Mobile automation experience (preferably Saucelabs, Appium) Strong communication skills and fluency in English & Russian
