Position Summary The role is to lead\support a Non-Functional Engineering team to design and drive performance testing strategies, ensure system scalability and reliability, and deliver actionable insights through effective collaboration and test optimization. Key Responsibilities: Define, develop, and implement non-functional testing strategies and plans for a client project. Reviews and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and technology strategy defined earlier. Review, identify and implement suitable testing tools, frameworks, and techniques. Handle collaboration with multi-functional teams to understand the system architecture, and non-functional requirements. Perform, run and overview performance, load, stress, and failover testing. Non-functional test results generation, result interpretation, identify problem areas, and highlight the problems to technical and business collaborators. Ensure issues and risks are communicated to relevant team members promptly. Provide requirements and support for infrastructure, system configuration, and network operations to set up environments for effective testing. Review the performance test scripts created or modified by peers to ensure compliance with standards. Drive the delivery teams to drive the non-functional and performance test optimizations. Research and implement new ways of non-functional and performance testing and recommend system configuration and tuning improvements based on observations Ability to work and contribute in a diverse and multicultural working environment. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent Exhibits good knowledge in software quality assurance processes and methodologies 8+ years of experience in None-functional and performance testing with minimum of 4+ experience in leading such team. Good understanding of Infrastructure, Network, Database and resiliency concepts Hands-on experience in load, stress analysis tools to model performance scenarios and analyze scenarios. Experience in Linux & Windows Operating Systems. Expertise in Python, Perl, or Bash scripting. ISTQB Core Advanced Certified or equivalent.
