Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior JAVA/Selenium Automation Quality Engineer who will play a pivotal role in shaping our QA vision—owning the strategy, driving the technical direction of testing initiatives, and raising the bar for quality across complex, high-impact projects.

This role requires expertise in Java (Collections, OOP, Streams, exception handling), experience designing and extending automation frameworks, and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable automation code without relying on prebuilt templates.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with strong exposure to automated testing. Strong, hands-on expertise in Java — including Collections, OOP, Streams, exception handling, generics, debugging, and writing reusable utilities. Must be capable of writing Java code from scratch and passing a coding assessment. Expert-level proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and automation framework design (POM, modular components, reusable libraries). Proven experience building, enhancing, or maintaining automation frameworks. Solid understanding of QA methodologies, API testing, CI/CD, and Agile delivery. Experience working in complex, fast-paced engineering environments. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
