Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured and Java.
• Design, maintain, and enhance automation design patterns based on the Page Object Model (POM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of new features and products.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Perform manual and automated testing across backend systems, APIs, and frontend interfaces.
• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure high-quality releases.
• Contribute to the product lifecycle by identifying potential risks and areas of improvement in quality.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for automation testing.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming.
• Knowledge of and experience with Page Object Model (POM) for building robust test frameworks.
• Experience with manual and automated testing for APIs, backend systems, and frontend interfaces.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the release process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with other test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and testing in a cloud-based environment.
• Experience in the re-commerce or e-commerce domain.
