The team is accountable for client lifecycle management, campaign strategy and execution, digital channel enablement and optimization, AI/ML model development, segment insights and data solutioning. The team plays a critical role in accelerating business growth, improving operational efficiency and enhancing client experiences. The candidate should bring domain expertise in financial services, with proven experience in working with Generative AI tools and workflows, including applying quality assurance checks to GenAI-generated content. Job Responsibilities Review GenAI-generated content used in wealth advisory and marketing campaigns, to ensure it is tailored to the target audience and aligned with campaign objectives. Conduct sample checks of each campaign for tone, factual accuracy and adherence to communication standards. Identify and escalate content issues promptly to ensure timely resolution. Minimum 3 years of experience in content review, editorial quality assurance or communications within financial services, wealth management, or a regulated industry. Strong understanding of content governance, brand guidelines, and regulatory compliance in financial communications. Sound knowledge of wealth and investment products, with the ability to apply this understanding in content review and communication. Working knowledge of GenAI tools and workflows, with practical understanding of their role in content creation.
