We’re looking for a Business Analyst + Tester who can seamlessly combine analytical thinking with hands-on testing. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves digging into requirements, aligning user needs with technical solutions, and ensuring flawless delivery of AI-powered products.
Responsibilities
Requirements & Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate ideas into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Partner with QA to ensure full coverage of functional requirements. Execute functional, regression, and integration test cases. Validate features against business requirements and acceptance criteria. Log, track, and retest defects with precision. Support and coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with end users.
AI & Automation Alignment
Leverage AI-assisted tools to draft requirements, test scenarios, and documentation. Participate in testing and validating AI-driven applications and automations. Contribute to AI-related projects by clarifying requirements and ensuring functionality aligns with user needs.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a hybrid BA/QA role. Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA practices. Experience writing user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria. Ability to execute test cases and validate business flows effectively. Familiarity with defect management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Azure DevOps). Comfort with AI tools for documentation and process support. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have
